Is this dental insurance?
No. This is an in house dental membership that bundles included preventive care with predictable monthly pricing and member savings. It is open to new and existing patients. Ask our team how membership works with any dental coverage you may already have.
What does the activation fee cover?
Each plan has a one time $149 lifetime activation fee, and the first month of membership is included.
What if I am not sure which plan fits?

What happens after I submit the form?
Our team will review your selection and contact you to confirm the appropriate membership, recurring payment setup, and next scheduling steps. Your membership becomes active after those details are confirmed.
