New Patients Welcome

We’re glad you are here

A great place to begin long-term dental care

Walking into a new dental office can feel uncertain. We understand that.

When you come in for your first visit, we take time to listen, talk, and get to know you before anything else happens. You are not rushed. You are not pressured. We focus on helping you feel understood and confident about your care.

What your first visit feels like

Your first visit is designed to feel personal and calm.

We begin by getting to know you, your dental history, and your concerns. Digital imaging may be taken as needed to understand your oral health. Before any treatment decisions, we explain findings clearly and talk through next steps together.

How we get to know you

We believe good care starts with understanding the person behind the smile. You have time to share past experiences, preferences, and goals. This conversation helps us tailor recommendations that make sense for you and supports care that stays consistent and thoughtful over time.

    Preparing for your visit

We aim to make your first appointment as smooth as possible. Before your visit, we encourage you to:

    • Complete new patient forms in advance
    • Bring your insurance information if applicable
    • Share any medical history or concerns
    • Arrive with questions you would like answered

    Insurance and payment made straightforward

We believe cost conversations should feel clear and respectful. We accept multiple payment options and help you understand benefits before care begins, including:

    • Cash, checks, and major credit cards
    • Flexible financing options
    • Dental membership plans
    • Dental insurance claims filed on your behalf

While we are not in-network with insurance plans, we submit claims for you and help maximize your benefits.

      Common questions
      from patients

Will my first visit feel rushed?

No. We schedule visits to allow time for conversation, questions, and clear explanations. Our goal is to help you feel comfortable and informed, not hurried.

Do I meet with the dentist during my first visit?

Yes. Time is set aside to meet with the dentist, discuss your concerns, and review findings together before any treatment decisions are made.

      Do you accept dental insurance?

We work with dental insurance plans by filing claims on your behalf. While we are not in-network, we help you understand and maximize your benefits.

What if I feel anxious about dental visits?

Many new patients feel that way. We take a calm, listening-first approach and explain everything clearly to help reduce stress and uncertainty.

Can I come in as a new patient for an emergency?

Yes. New patients are welcome for emergency visits. Calling the office allows us to guide you and schedule care as quickly as possible.

Is this practice a good fit for long-term care?

Yes. Our approach focuses on consistency, prevention, and relationships built over time. Many patients stay with us for years and even generations.
